The Yare Valley Centre lies in the grounds of the Bartram Mowers business - it's not clear what sort of "centre" it was built as. In the past decade it's never been any sort of community centre, but since this picture was taken it has had a couple of business incarnations (solar panels and garden buildings) but at the end of 2013 it's dormant again.
