St Mary's, resting on the slope of the Bourne stream, was built late in the 12th century with Caen stone from Normandy. It was considerably enlarged in the 14th cent. and extensively restored in the 19th century. The Church is the Parish Church of Eastbourne, located on the A259 High Street in the Old Town area. http://www.stmaryseastbourne.com/index.html
