I nearly managed to take this shot as an all eleven picture but missed by one second with a time of 11 minutes and 10 seconds past 11 o'clock. The view here is of a former WW2 building now used as a cattle shed and found in a field just to the north of Kirkinner off the A746 road. To the left is the village of Kirkinner which has 23 WW2 graves of servicemen who served in the RAF, Royal Canadian Air Force and the Royal Australian Air Force buried in the cemetery Image To the right is Baldoon Airfield which was an RAF base and airfield during WW2 Image On the horizon in the mist to the left of the telegraph post is Wigtown.
