A development still in the making, on the hillside at the edge of Boghall. Not what I would have thought of as a 'mews',e.g. definition from Wikipedia: 'a primarily British term formerly describing a row of stables, usually with carriage houses below and living quarters above, built around a paved yard or court, or along a street, behind large city houses', but I suppose creative use of language is permissible in the housing market.
