Viewed from Church Road across the A48. The 18th century house was originally named Hill House. In 1908 it became the residence of Walburga Ehrengarde Helena, Lady Paget, who renamed it Unlawater House. Later in the 20th century, Unlawater House was variously an hotel, the premises of an assurance company during the second World War, and a children's home. The house is currently (early November 2011) divided into flats. Grade II listed in January 1955.
