A grade 2 listed house (List Entry Number 1294673) on the corner of Lower Coombe Street (foreground) and Park Lane, South Croydon. The building is Georgian in style, dating from the early 18th century and was formerly called Coombe Hill House. It was renamed Ruskin House in 1967 when it became the home of various socialist groups, according to the Wiki entry http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ruskin_House . It now also hosts a social club.
