A piece of wind-driven artwork produced by the North Yorkshire County Youth Service to encourage more Art in The Country. A similar piece has been erected at Tan Hill. It was made in NYCC premises at Bainbridge some 2 years ago and erected beside the A684 at Bainbridge with the encouragement of parish councillors. Thanks to Geoff Keeble for this information.
