Bridge No 213 over the Trent and Mersey Canal carries a narrow lane (no through road) which serves several farms between the canal and the River Weaver and is their only way onto the main road system (A533 off to the right). To the left, via a mile long bridleway past Lodge Farm, through fields, the next road is near Aston.
