A wall plaque to two brothers, much loved sons of the 12th Duke of Somerset, Sir Edward Adolphus Seymour (later St Maur). His son Lord Edward Percy Seymour served as a diplomat before he died in India in 1865 aged 24 after being mauled by a bear. His brother Edward Adolphus Ferdinand Seymour, Earl St Maur, was a distinguished soldier who died in 1869 aged 34.
