But the signs say "Do not drink". Sign one says The Spout has been supplying untreated water to Higham since the 1850s, sign two says "In Accordance with 'The Private Waters Supplies Regulation 2009' This water is deemed not suitable for drinking". If it's so bad, should it not be behind bars?
