Ribble coach 1045 was a Leyland Leopard with a stylish Harrington Cavalier body. Built in 1961 and originally equipped with just 31 seats for longer duration tours, by 1971 it had had additional seats fitted to seat 41 - the normal configuration - and had been demoted to local bus service work. The bus station has been significantly reorganised since this view. This is one of a series of views featuring buses in the 60s, 70s, and 80s. http://www.geograph.org.uk/search.php?i=2114547&displayclass=slide
