In situ horizontal single cylinder engine of c1885 by John Wood of Wigan. It has a 16" x 30" slide valve cylinder, Pickering governor, four bar crosshead guides and a disc crank. Steam is supplied by a modern, oil-burning Fulton boiler and she is a smooth runner.
