The title refers to the building on the right, which is the club house of Loch Lomond Rugby Club; the club was formed in 1996. The hills behind it are Carman Hill, Overton Muir, and Bromley Muir (Image to Image). The areas of housing in the distance are Renton (left) and Alexandria (right). The area of woodland not far to the south-east of the club house is Beech Wood, which gave its name to the nearby Beechwood and Wheatcroft Estate, to Beechwood Drive (the photograph was taken from near that road), and to the pavilion.
