Preserved steam locomotive Stanier 8F 2-8-0 No 8233, in LMS livery, [owned by the Stanier 8F Locomotive Society and normally based on the Severn Valley Railway] brings the stock for the 'Welsh Marches Express' into Hereford station in the autumn of 1991.
