Although primarily noted as the home of Doncaster Rovers FC, this is a multi-purpose stadium with seating 15000 spectators. As well as the football club, it is also used by Doncaster Rugby League Club, Doncaster Rovers Belles Ladies Football Club and the Athletic Club (http://www.keepmoatstadium.com/index.php/about/ ). The stadium was built at a cost of £32 million. It was officially opened on 3 August 2007 with Doncaster Rovers playing a Manchester United XI but its first sporting fixture was held on 27 December 2006, with the rugby league match between Doncaster and Sheffield Eagles. http://www.keepmoatstadium.com/ Official website
