Office block (and hexagonal pub attached, unfortunately hidden in this shot, silly me) built in 1964, with a green-clad slab and hefty concrete service tower. It is currently empty and planning permission was, I think, granted a few years ago for its demolition and the construction of a new office block. Clearly that hasn't yet happened. Unless this photo is a mirage, or York House was replaced by an exact replica.
