A good old fashioned traditional friendly butcher's shop which sells local meat at surprisingly keen prices. Thoroughly recommended. Just try their home dry-cured and smoked back bacon. Much cheaper than supermarket wet stuff, often still cheaper when that is supposedly "on offer".
