A plaque on the Bowling Green Street housing development where it borders Great Junction Street. It records the approximate position of the Mount Falcon battery set up by the English Protestant troops of Elizabeth I to fire into the French fortifications during the Siege of Leith in 1560. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Siege_of_Leith
