A view in early 1997 of the low-energy office block (building 16) nearing completion. The stacks on the face of the building provide ventilation in warm weather; note that three of them await their cowls. Yet to be fitted are glass louvres in front of the windows - these could be angled either to reflect sunlight away from the building if it was too strong or reflect light into the building on duller days.
