Narrowboat "Baron" first started work in 1915 for Fellows,Morton & Clayton, the famous canal freight company based in Tipton, who also built many of their own boats. Baron was the first boat in their fleet to be converted from steam power. Refitted in 1989 she is now based at Denham and is used for retailing diesel fuel.
