There was nothing on the dilapidated buildings to indicate their usage, current or previous. They may be buildings formerly used by The Garage http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/2632623 which is immediately to the left. Or perhaps they are part of Salcombe House, directly behind the twin buildings.
