Viewed from a footbridge. http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/2624568 The single track line extends for nearly 200 metres beyond Ebbw Vale Parkway railway station. Red buffers mark the physical end of the line. The black hole of a tunnel can be seen beyond the buffers. A small yellow distance marker in the foreground shows 18½ miles, the route distance from Cardiff Central station.
