Another shop that has had a fairly high turnover of businesses passing through. Of the early ones, only JB Peters became an established furniture store in Brighton who would move to nearby Kensington Gardens and trade out of ten shops on that street. Of the florists, the Fulcher brothers moved to St James's Street whilst Four Seasons decided to concentrate on their Eastbourne shop after a few years trading here. The current occupants, Fruity, have been open since 2005.
