New houses are being erected near to the railway station, which can be seen to the left of a recently built house. Planning permission has been granted by Dover District Council under application number 10/00765 for the “variation of conditions for the erection of 10 detached dwellings and associated parking of planning permission DOV/08/0869 to allow for the resiting of plots 8, 9 and 10 and parking for plots 6, 7, 8 and 9”.
