A new development on the land between the Nottingham Canal and Canal Street, some of which was once occupied by the railway arches which carried the line from Nottingham Victoria to Trent Lane Junction, then on to Grantham. The railway crossed the canal at an angle, roughly where the new footbridge is, on its way to London Road High Level station. (For more about the railway in these parts, see Image)
