Proof, were it needed, that even the supposedly hard-headed construction industry is not immune to silliness. Space has been allowed for the 13th floor, but somebody must have thought actually writing the numbers would cause the building to fall down. Or something. Update: talking of silliness, it has been pointed out to me that I have cropped the picture so tightly that it's impossible to rule out the possibility that no odd-numbered floors were marked. To such sceptics I say you will just have to take my word for it that 11 and 15 were there. Or contact me and I'll send you the original.
