Pub at 1 North End, just beyond the northern end of High Street and the junction for Station Road and Yatton railway station. The oldest part of the pub is thought to date from the 16th century. An original inglenook fireplace is still a prominent feature in this part of the building which has low ceilings and door frames. Most of the pub is from a later era. For part of its existence, the pub was named the Railway Inn, now the name of a nearby pub http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/2591199 opposite the station.
