One of the 'colony'-type streets in South Leith, built in 1878 and named after its builder. For those unfamiliar with Scots pronunciation: not Fing-zies, but Fing-is. In fact, the builder's name was Finzies, so it looks as if the street nameplate has been curiously mis-spelt - not that it helps anyone achieve the correct pronunciation.
