The museum is larger on the inside than it looks on the outside. Structurally it is a Victorian pre-fabricated building. There are several public rooms one of which is a Tourist Information centre, and another is dedicated to information on the Dam Busters. Other rooms contain artefacts and photographs from the local area and from Woodhall Spa. Outside is a recently erected memorial to the huge number of men from Woodhall Spa that died in the Battle of Arnhem in 1944.
