Grade II listed cottage on Chislehurst Road, opposite Shawfield Park. See http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/en-358377-well-cottage-2-bromley for more details about the building. Spoke to the very nice owner, he had recently replaced the timber covers of the well in front. Does not use it! Rest of building intact since construction.
