This footpath traverses a campsite, and manages to include a remarkable number of stiles and gates in a short distance. The gate ahead is not marked on the East Sussex County interactive map. This highway authority has progressed recently from not having a web footpath map at all to having a very good one that maps and numbers every stile, bridge and gate on the routes. The omission of this gate is a rare lapse.
