The now defunct T.J.Hughes store at Cityside

This was the former Woolworth store. It was T.J.Hughes' first Northern Irish store and was opened in Dec. 2009. The chain founded by a nineteenth century Welsh entrepreneur (as were Owen Owens, Peter Jones, J.D.Williams and John Lewis) went into administration in 2011 leading to store closures. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-northern-ireland-14573984
