This newly built building will house the 1400 head office staff of B and Q. It has three floors and 220,000 sq. ft. of space. It has been built using the latest green technology with sensors to reduce heating and lighting costs, a biomass boiler, and 100,000 litre rainwater harvesting tank. At time of photographing it was only just being occupied by staff moving from B & Q's old offices in nearby Chestnut Avenue.
