The Metrocentre is a large out-of-town shopping centre opened in the 1980s. Across the road is another shopping development, the Metro Retail Park. These developments were both designed to be easy to get to by car, and both provide extensive car parking space. This view shows the car park of the Metro Retail Park in the foreground, with the Metrocentre and a multi-storey car park in the background.
