Footpath 15 81/11/1 crosses the stile to meet 15 81/9/2, which then crosses a wooden bridge over the beck. This replaces the lamented Arthur Adamson Memorial Bridge http://www.geograph.org.uk/search.php?i=24314085 , destroyed in a flash flood in June 2009 http://www.ramblersyorkshire.org/downloads/119-october2009.pdf .
