Early bench mark on Parkfoot Bridge, Barnoldswick

This bench mark is on the west parapet of Parkfoot Bridge, which crosses Aspland Beck. The mark was recorded on the 1850 O.S. map but the levelled height is unclear. On the 1894 map it is levelled at 279.6 feet. See also Image] Benchmark Database: https://www.bench-marks.org.uk/bm39256
