The Royal Hotel is situated on the corner of George Street and Combie Street, Oban and is frequented by coach tours. Further research indicates this hotel was built circa 1890 and the architect may have been David Mackintosh, possibly when in partnership as Ross & Mackintosh. A Category B listed building.
