No. 150 is a single-bay Italian Gothic building of c1865, with some elegant tracery and a loggia with marble piers at the top. It now fronts a 1970s office block (out of shot). To its right is Sackville House of 1931-32 by Gervase Bailey. Pevsner describes it as having a "vaguely Spanish Baroque portal" and windows divided by stone pilasters.
