Designed by Fred Jameson for the Registered Land Company and built in 1866. "A remarkable mid-Victorian Veneto-Byzantine effort", wrote Pevsner. He also notes the way the windows halve in size and double in number as the floors ascend, a more common motif in later Victorian building. Grade II listed.
