This plaque, on the wall of a small park Image, reads: "Rutland Independence Time Capsule. Buried in this locale 6th October 1995. Preserving aspects of Rutland and the campaign for independence". it was sponsored by Ruddles Brewery. The slightly poor image is due to being taken on a mobile phone.
