The Circular Road, Larne

Image: © Albert Bridge Taken: 13 Aug 2011

An extension of the Circular Road towards the Glenarm and Curran Roads, bypassing the town centre. Built on land reclaimed from Larne Lough in the early 1970’s as part of the construction of the Harbour Highway Image and Image I might be wrong but I seem to remember that the last stretch of the Inver was diverted too.
