1864 by Hutchinson. Gault brick with red brick and stone dressings. Grade II listed (id 53437 http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/en-53437-the-corn-exchange-saint-ives ) Now a Tea & Coffee Shop. The Nat West bank next door, built 1910-12, is also Grade II listed (id 53483 http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/en-53483-national-westminster-bank-2-saint-ives )
