This notice is at a set of traffic lights in Ealing Broadway which is often very busy with pedestrians moving from one part of the retail and leisure area to another. The sign has a "Bike Events" logo , so it was probably prepared originally as a temporary sign for a cycle ride, but here it has been placed permanently.
