View eastwards, towards Preston: ex-LNW & L&Y Preston & Wyre line. Before the Motorways came, countless trains brought the crowds to see the Blackpool Illuminations in September. This is just one of them, with Stanier 'Jubilee' 4-6-0 No. 45658 'Keyes' (by 1962 demeaned from its usual main line express duties) heading a mixture of ER stock, probably from Leeds.
