Farmland off Fosscross Lane

The farmland is arable, on the Cotswold plateau. I have two explanations for the wall with the timber shuttering. Firstly, this is unfinished and the shuttering is in place for when the stone-waller comes back to complete the capping job. Secondly, it is deliberately left so that horses riding "the hunt" can jump more easily across walls like this to follow the dogs and the scent of the fox across country.
