South Norwood Country Park was opened in 1989 and the Tramlink route between Arena and Harrington Road cut across the south-west side of the park in 2000. It actually fits into the landscape very well and the colourful trams add interest to the scene. This view looks across the foot crossing to the south of the hill in the park as a West Croydon bound train heads towards the Arena stop.
