Currently home to the newest shop on the street, Sugarhill Boutique, which opened earlier on this year. As with many buildings on the western side of the street trading seems to have taken over from residential during the first decade of the twentieth century. For thirty years it was a mixture of confectioner, stationer and newsagent prior to the shop becoming one of the seven butchers that operated on the street during the war and up to the 1970s. At the end of that decade it became a poster writers and the emphasis on printing was retained into the 1990s as another business concentrated on T shirt design.
