The Biggar Gap from Corstane Hill

The flat almost fen-like floor of the valley linking Broughton and Biggar is bordered by pasture land. The embankment for the route of the former Peebles to Symington railway runs on the left side the Biggar Water and Tinto looks down from across the Clyde.
