For this in 1984 see Image Clearly, in 2011 it had been closed for some time, hence the metal grilles over the windows. It is Grade II listed. The freehold was for sale by Savills with an asking price of £400,000 and at the time of photographing it had just been sold. The grilles came off the next day. It was also listed on the internet by Punch Taverns as "coming soon" for leasehold or tenancy; whether they changed their mind and decided to sell, or whether they had just bought it and were seeking a tenant, remains to be seen.
