Cock-a-Roosting is a detached house at a road junction. The signposts show Usk, ahead on the right (9 miles). Central Earlswood, ahead on the left (1 mile). Behind the camera, Shirenewton (1 mile) and Chepstow (5 miles). The date stone on the house shows AD 1896.
